REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We have NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. Place an Exchange order and let us know by Call.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a Exchange, you can call  us at +92 32 111 111 32 . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged, like shawls Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to Exchange the item you have, and once the Exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange product.

Exchange Notification/Call
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchanged item, and let you know if the Exchange of product was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be acknowledged on your original payment method. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
